Who We’re Looking For

– Passion for teaching and a proven ability to inspire students preparing for competitive exams.

– Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with NEET or JEE syllabi (where applicable).

– Experience in classroom teaching, online instruction, or both; freshers with exceptional potential may be considered.

– Assessment-driven approach: ability to design tests, evaluate performance, and use feedback to improve outcomes.

– Good communication skills, punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork.
