We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead development efforts, drive technical excellence, and mentor engineering teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing our software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
· Lead development teams as a technical expert, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
· Design, build, and optimize full-stack software solutions.
· Debug complex issues and implement scalable fixes.
· Champion Agile best practices and process improvements.
· Mentor engineers through code reviews and skill development.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech and business goals.
· Research and recommend new technologies for system enhancements.
· Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

🔥 Must-Have Skills:
· Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
· Proficiency in SQL Server and relational database design.
· Front-end familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
· Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
· Skilled in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
· Knowledge of unit testing and code quality tools.
· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

🎓 Required Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
· 5–8 years of software development experience.

✨ Preferred Skills:
· Cloud deployment with AWS.
· Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React.
· ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper).
· CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Microservices architecture.
